How Does This Work?
So glad you asked! Once you fill out the form below requesting delivery or pick up, budget, and what type of vibe you’re going for in your arrangement I’ll email you a confirmation and an invoice to pay online.
We require a minimum of 3 days notice to ensure ample time to source your flowers. We understand sometimes things come up and you need flowers sooner. Please contact us to see if we can make it happen! Of course, this will be harder to get exact flower varieties or colors.

Delivery fees are not included in the budget question on the form so they are as follows from Charlotte, NC 28204:
10 miles and under: $10
11-15 miles: $15
16-20 miles: $20

We make all the arrangements the day of delivery to ensure 100% freshness, but need to order flowers in advance. If you need to cancel your order, please provide at least 72 hours notice. If it is within 72 hours notice, you will not receive a refund. Thanks for your understanding.

We operate on a delivery window policy to ensure you can plan ahead that someone will be there to receive their flowers. If no one is there to get them, we will contact the number provided in the form to follow up. If we do not receive an answer, we will find a safe place to deliver them and text a photo of the location. If there is no safe place to leave them, there will be a redelivery fee of $10-$15 depending on location.
